Wheelhouse Media was engaged by Upstate New York based Southern Tier Brewing Co. to fully develop their original idea of introducing a “flavor coach” into the craft brewer’s consumer marketing and communications.
The concept revolved around this coach reminding us all to “reach back inside yourself and find the flavor so many of us have lost” as the world slowly reemerged from the COVID-19 pandemic. STBC would call this coach, “Guy Beer”.
Working in collaboration with the craft brewer’s marketing team, Wheelhouse developed the concept in 15 fully edited pieces of content that were distributed on a dedicated brand microsite and STBC’s social media platforms.
One day of filming took place in Charlotte, NC with extensive COVID protocols in place. STBC’s “Bring the Flavor” campaign is an example of how Wheelhouse can adapt to new situations and produce high quality content that’s both timely and engaging.
